19 hectares of vineyards distributed over the villages of Saint Cyr sur Mer, La cadière and le Castellet. The plots produce 12% white wine, 40% red wine and 48% rosés.
The varietals used to produce our Rosés and Red wines are Grenache Cinsault, Carignan and Mourvèdre.
The varietals used to produce our white wines are Clairette and l’Ugni blanc.
The soil is mainly composed of clay-limestone : ploughed thoroughly from the first day, we tend to the soil with great care.
It is enriched with sheep, pig, and chicken manure.
Our seasonal work is dependent on the climate.
We never use any herbicides..
Our philosophy follows the principles of regenerative agriculture, ( more information ) which aims to increase the biodiversity.
We purposely have sought no labels or certifications.
On the majority of plots (40 ha), the stocks are 40 years old, but we have also planted young vines on 4 ha to allow for renewal and ensure the future of the Domaine.
