Our white and rosé wines are the result of direct pressing of full grapes that are 15% crushed.

Fermentation is performed at controlled temperature with no malolactic fermentation.

The wine is filtered at the time of bottling.

Our red wines are produced using full bunches that are not stemmed, and 15% crushed, with a long maceration period.

They are not fined and are unfiltered.
The wines are placed to mature in demi-muids barrels or conical vats for 18 months.
